It´s amazing how beautiful Rio is, but even more amazing is the fact that my rechargeable batteries have decided not to work anymore, and so I can´t take pictures anymore. Anyway, I´ll see if I can post some when I get back to São Paulo on Friday. Take care and have a nice rest of week you all!

So we had four days to rest... Obviously but not creatively, we went to the beach, and it was great. Even though it was not that hot, me, my fiancée, my brother and my sis-in-law... It was really nice! Bertioga is really a great place!

It's with great enthusiasm that I can finally post some pics from my family's city, Rio Branco. Besides my wonderful family, I made some incredible friends there, which proves that the people from the North are just absolutely amazing! Thanks to Adriana and Paollo, who sent me the pics, I can share with you all these priceless moments we had up there! I'd also like to specially thank Socorro, Antônio, Luís Ricardo, Janaína, Allan Jones, Richard and everybody else for everything. Count on me for whatever you need! Cheers...

Finally I get the chance to post some pics from Porto Velho (aka Old Port, lol). Thank you guys for all the fun we had together there. You were great. See you all next time!

There you can see everybody together, the cake Ana Cláudia made for my birthday (so thoughtful!), John the Mad (lol), me eating, and one of the days during the Training Course. It was really an awesome week!

I don't know if I've said this before, but it feels really good to be in São Paulo for a while, close to my family, my friends, my lovely fiancée. I'm actually taking two courses, sleeping 'til late (at least later than when I'm on the road)... and I'm sleeping in my own bed. Obviously, I love traveling. Recently I met some of the most amazing people I've ever met and that is really priceless, this not to mention all the gorgeous cities I got to visit, places I probably would've never gone to, but it's great not to do it for a while. I kinda know now some of the places I'm gonna visit soon, and they include Curitiba, Maceió, possibly São Luiz... great! But for now, I just want to be here. Enjoy the noisy traffic, the filthy air, the days which are freezing and boiling hot within the very same 24 hours, all the movies of the world showing, and theater plays and bars and pubs and restaurants and zillions of people and... everything only our cosmopolitan metropolis can offer. It all just feels like home.

These pictures are of my family only. The teacher who took all the pics of the training course at the school in Rio Branco hasn't sent them to me so far. I hope he does...

So, this is to finish the pics from Manaus... as you can see, not even a Rico flight made this trip any less enjoyable. I missed home, my girlfriend, my mom, my brother... but they made it as good as it was possible to be. Thanks again, guys!
